For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the pump attendant has received the returned product at the respective retail station.

 General Rules for a Successful Return

  1. After redeeming your product voucher, you will be given a refund if you received a different, defective, or a damaged product.
  2. Return within 15 days of redeeming the voucher.
  3. Vouchers purchased with coupons can’t be returnable.
  4. Return only at the Retail station where you have redeemed it.
  5. Only the Owner of the voucher will return it. (If shared with anyone)
  6. Restocking fee will be applicable.
  7. The product should be unused.

Return Process

  1. Once you redeem a returnable product, you will be able to see a “Return Products” button on the particular Voucher details page.
  2. On clicking the “Return Products” button, a QR code will be displayed.
  3. Show the QR code to the Pump Attendant at the respective Retail station.
  4. The pump attendant will check the condition of the product.
  5. If the product is satisfied with the return policy,  the pump attendant will process your return request.
  6. The refund amount will be credited to your wallet.
