To cancel, the vouchers a "cancel" icon has been provided within the "My Purchase" section available under the Side menu(or) the Home page. Upon clicking the "cancel icon" please provide a confirmation that you want to cancel the voucher by providing the required details in the "Cancel voucher" pop-up. Upon confirming the voucher will be canceled and the voucher amount will be credited to your account. (Note: Vouchers in which coupons are applied cannot be canceled)

Mobile

To "cancel" vouchers the user is required to go to the "Orders" tab which can be accessed from the "Store Menu" or from the "Menu." On clicking a voucher that you want to cancel, you'll be navigated to the Voucher Details screen. A "Cancel Voucher" button will be available at the bottom of the screen, upon whose click after confirmation the voucher would be canceled. (Note: Vouchers in which coupons are applied cannot be canceled)
